What data we collect

Contact form: a description of your need, your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your choices on whether we may call you and whether you want news or information about new services.

“I want to join” form: name, email address, a description of your skills, a link (e.g. LinkedIn) and a free-form message.

We also process information you send us by email.

Why and on what basis

To reply to you and prepare possible cooperation (steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest).

We send news and information about new services only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@ihanuutta.fi or using the unsubscribe link in our messages.

We use “I want to join” data to build and keep in touch with our network (legitimate interest).

Who processes the data

Only Ihanuutta staff process the data. Forms are delivered to our email via our web host (Domainkeskus, Finland). We do not sell or disclose your data to others.

If a service provider we use processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on safeguards approved by the EU, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, but no longer than two years after our last contact. We keep news subscribers’ data until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Requests: info@ihanuutta.fi.

You can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses no cookies and no visitor tracking. If you pause the motion on the site, the choice is stored only in your own browser. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for operation and security.
